The DOD Ditch Doubt Challenge

  • What is the DOD "Ditch Doubt" Challenge?

    • A challenge created by me to help you "Ditch the Doubt" from everyday life stressors and replace it with a workout programmed specifically to fit into the busiest of schedules.
  • What does it cost to join?

  • What type of workouts will I be doing?

    • Primarily bodyweight exercises with an emphasis on core stabilization and strengthening techniques.
  • How long is the challenge?

    • 30 - 40 days.
  • What benefits will I see?

    • Increased mobility, strength, kinesthetic awareness and self confidence. You will be a part of a private Facebook group accompanied by a community of DOD Fit Lifers participating in the challenge with you.
  • What are the requirements?

    • Each participant must complete an initial and final weigh-in profile, as well as the submission of required photos. No photos will be released publicly without participant permission.
  • How is a winner determined?

    • Total Weight Loss Percentage
    • Total Inches Lost Percentage
    • Completion of Required Written Assignments
