A challenge created by me to help you "Ditch the Doubt" from everyday life stressors
and replace it with a workout programmed specifically to fit into the busiest of
schedules.
Primarily bodyweight exercises with an emphasis on core stabilization and
strengthening techniques.
How long is the challenge?
30 - 40 days.
What benefits will I see?
Increased mobility, strength, kinesthetic awareness and self confidence. You will be
a part of a private Facebook group accompanied by a community of DOD Fit
Lifers participating
in the challenge with you.
What are the requirements?
Each participant must complete an initial and final weigh-in profile, as well as the
submission of required photos.
